Trinity Road recently became a victim of an illegal check fraud scheme that affected several people across the country. We believe that the perpetrators of this scam stole a check from the mailbox of one of our corporate vendors. The criminals then made duplicate copies of the check and have mailed an unknown number of copies in a fraudulent sweepstakes check cashing scam. Trinity Road is not a part of this illegal activity in any way whatsoever and we are working diligently with law enforcement to resolve this matter.

We want you to know that no consumer information has been compromised.  This is a case of stealing a paper check from a mailbox and did not involve any online fraud.  If you receive a check from Trinity Road, LLC in regards to a sweepstakes, DO NOT CASH THE CHECK.  Please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately, as you are also a victim of the scam.  We also ask that you contact us immediately at 866-393-8095. We have outlined below several important points regarding this situation that will protect you, your personal information, and your personal finances:

1) DO NOT CASH THE CHECK - If you receive a check from Trinity Road, LLC in regards to a sweepstakes offer, do not cash the check. Our bank is aware of this fraud and will not make payment on these checks.

2) PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, FTC.GOV, or your LOCAL POST OFFICE - To report the fraudulent check you have received.

3) If you have purchased from any of the Trinity Road, LLC web sites, your personal information is SAFE and has not been  compromised.
