Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an energetic and friendly person to act as the public face of our organization. The successful candidate excels in the following:

You will act as the company’s liaison with the customer and will be responsible for resolving any and all customer service questions and issues. Responsibilities include conducting customer transactions, assisting customers with placing, modifying, and editing orders over the phone or via the Internet. The candidate must be able to handle customer negativity while remaining professional with all customers. You will need to communicate in a way the customer can understand and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
The requirements for this position are: A high school diploma or equivalent. You must be computer literate including knowledge of Word, Office, Excel, Outlook and Explorer. You should possess excellent data / typing skills. You must be an excellent and positive communicator. The position requires outstanding phone etiquette, strong listening skills, a pleasant voice, and personality. The successful candidate must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. You must be proactive, flexible and have strong team skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
