Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable

Job Description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the accurate and timely entering of all inventory and non-inventory invoices and related payments as well as the accurate maintenance of all vendor records.

NOTE: This role is based in-office in Charlotte, NC.

Key Performance Indicators

Expense invoices must be entered the day the invoice is received.
Inventory invoices must be entered for the previous days receipts if invoice is available. If invoice is not yet received as the vendor does not send the invoice electronically, then on the day the invoice is received in the mail.
