A Coffee Production Specialist will be a key member of the team that builds and maintains Trinity Road LLC coffee brands. This includes everything from creating and testing new roasts and flavors, to maintaining healthy relationships with our wholesalers. As this department continues to grow we are constantly finding new ways to innovate. All supportive ideas are welcome!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate and maintain equipment after training:

• 15kg roaster
• 6lb roaster
• 1lb roaster
• Large grinder
• Table Top grinder(s)
• Heat sealers/nitrogen sealers
• weigh/fill machines
• Kitchen scales
• Floor scales
• K-Cup production machine – full auto
• K-Cup production machines – manual

Learn equipment and use different machines daily. 

Learn about green coffee, roasted coffee, and flavoring coffees.

Pack coffee bags cleanly and with a good purchase-ready presentation.

Adapt to changing plans according to business needs.
