Role Overview

Trinity Road is seeking a thoughtful, creative, and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to steward the digital presence of our family of brands. You will serve as a voice for our community, crafting a cohesive content calendar that shares the beauty of the Faith and fosters meaningful connection across our platforms. The ideal candidate approaches online engagement with thoughtfulness, deeply understands the digital landscape, and knows how to translate our mission into content that resonates, inspires, and invites our communities deeper into their personal journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintain and execute consistent weekly posting schedules for multiple accounts.
• Content Creation: Write engaging copy, shoot short-form vertical videos, and design social graphics.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, answer direct messages, and initiate authentic conversations with followers.
• Performance Analytics: Pull weekly tracking data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Trend Sourcing: Research fast-moving viral trends, audio formats, and platform features for immediate brand integration.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal design, sales, and product teams to accurately support marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio proof).

• Adaptability: Modifying content strategies quickly when platform algorithms alter reach metrics.

• Visual Eye: Capturing aesthetic framing, smart lighting, and engaging pacing for short video formats and cell-phone based photography.

• Organization: Managing multiple assets, deadlines, and multi-brand distribution.

• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of native workflows for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing apps like CapCut and design platforms like Canva.
• Communication: Flawless grammar, strong editing skills, and the capacity to adapt to a distinct brand voice.
